• Must be able to arrive at work prepared each day to effectively lead your team in the safe and timely completion of quality work. • Set an example to your crew by following company policies and procedures, especially as it relates to safety requirements. • Manage the on-site day-to-day tasks and the entire scope of work for each job assignment with little to no supervision. • Ability to effectively communicate with your crew, supervisor, and the customer - schedules, changes in the scope of work, redlines, status, personnel issues, etc. • Must be punctual, prepared, and ready for what the day may bring - and make sure your crew is too. • Knowledge and recognition of the hazards associated with tower construction and how to manage a crew to perform the work safely in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - regardless of the structure/setting. • Must be capable of utilizing Anritsu, Andrew, PIM, JDSU, Azimuth, antenna, and other equipment as necessary. • Must be able to give direction, delegate tasks, adapt quickly, work in a team environment, and reinforce company culture at all times. • Ability to complete various administrative tasks and paperwork including daily reporting, JSAs, customer/job-status documentation, crew time-sheets, close-out documentation/deliverables, identify materials and other resources needed to complete projects, red-lines, incident reports, and performance reviews, etc. • Ability & willingness to climb towers, when necessary, at heights up to 500 feet, and work freely. • Willingness to work overtime and travel from home (including out-of-state) for up to 4 weeks at a time and weekends.
Job Requirements
- 6 years of tower modification industry experience, including 3 years of Foreman experience
- Ability to lead all facets of tower work while on-site
- The ability for weekend and evening work at all times
- Valid drivers' license with reliable transportation
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Math and computer skills
- Ability to read blueprints and other customer documents
- Ability to read, understand, and follow company policies
- Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and abide by Company Drug Testing Policy
- Ability to pass and maintain CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 30, RF Radiation Safety Awareness, Competent Climber Certifications

• Reviewing working papers, financial statements, and reports; • Ensuring that assignments are carried out within the budgeted time and within delivery commitments • Collaborate with client to helping resolve accounting, auditing, and reporting problems as they arise
• Lead Creature’s electrical scope on complex commercial projects from mobilization through final inspection. • Own execution—safety, schedule, quality, resources, and margin—and holds the standard for every electrician on site. • Partner with the Construction Superintendent to enforce safety standards, pre-task planning, and ICRA compliance on every active healthcare project. • Own the electrical schedule: maintain look-aheads, identify constraints early, and drive recovery plans before delays compound. • Ensure all electrical installations meet code, contract specifications, and Creature quality standards—inspections pass the first time. • Hold subcontractors to the same schedule and quality bar as Creature self-perform crews. • Own material procurement decisions for the electrical scope. • Manage tool inventory and deployment across the project. • Drive daily production performance across all Creature electrical crews—set expectations, track output, and remove constraints before they cost hours. • Coach Foremen and Journeymen on sequencing, staging, and waste elimination.
