• Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and creative outreach • Use AI-powered tools, automation, and sales technology to identify, research, and engage high-potential prospects • Develop highly personalized outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and other channels • Run discovery calls and consultative sales conversations with founders, executives, ecommerce leaders, and commercial teams • Educate prospects on ecommerce strategy, compliance, fulfillment, and consumer acquisition • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreement • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Client Success teams to close and launch accounts • Continuously test and improve outbound messaging, prospecting workflows, and AI-assisted sales processes • Share market feedback and customer insights that help shape future product development

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles
  • Demonstrated success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales operations fundamentals
  • Experience using modern sales technology such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Comfortable using AI tools daily to improve productivity, prospecting, research, and outreach

What You’ll Do: Channel & Revenue Growth Own and expand channel-driven net-new business through strategic partners and direct prospecting efforts.
