Job Description: Description: Finance Analyst Senior - Level 3 Location: Fort Worth, TX Hybrid Full-time What You Will Be Doing This position reports to the Manager of the F-35 Tools and Processes Team in Fort Worth, Texas and is responsible for developing, documenting, and standardizing finance processes, procedures, and best practices across the F-35 program. The selected candidate will manage multiple high-priority efforts simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and requirements to meet customer needs. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives for Finance and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and serve as a subject matter expert in EV tools and methodologies. Job duties include partnering with the Program Management Office to ensure successful execution of the annual Contract Estimate at Completion (CEAC) exercise and serving as the primary point of contact for F-35 Finance regarding baseline and EAC changes. The candidate will also ensure that business rhythms are established and maintained to support both internal and external reporting requirements. The role requires strong expertise in Cobra, including supporting the Cobra Administrator with system structure setup and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to streamlining F-35 financial toolsets and reporting capabilities. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance to program finance leadership on financial processes and business operations, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures across the program. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate across all levels of leadership, functions, and customer organizations. Key Responsibilities - EV Business Rhythm owner - Baseline and EAC change subject matter expert - Partner with F35 Office to execute CEAC - Cobra Admin support - Best practice development - EV Subject Matter Expert - Analyze contract performance data, including cost, schedule, and variance trends - Support execution of the program's financial business rhythm, including forecasting and performance reviews - Develop ad hoc reports and financial analyses to support program leadership decision-making - Communicate financial results and risks clearly to Program Management, Business Management, and Senior Finance Leadership - Ensure compliance with program financial processes, policies, and reporting requirements Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college - Experience developing and using pivot tables and data bases to obtain data and develop reports. - Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and how to apply them. - Experience with an Earned Value Management System Toolset (Cobra, SAP, and MEV-M/L). Qualifications - Relevant educational background, such as MD, MPharm, RN or College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. - Minimum of 4 years’ site monitoring experience with participation in global clinical projects as a Lead Monitor or equivalent qualification level. - Experience with all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III. - Strong experience in Oncology preferred. - Experience in Radiation Therapy or Radiopharmaceuticals, CAR-T Therapy or other types of Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, or Nuclear Medicine is preferred. - Strong experience in GI (Chron's, Ulcerative Colitis, IBS) preferred. - Full working proficiency in English. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment. - Excellent Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to travel. - Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
