• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities, both remotely and on-site • Configure and install hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, tills, and peripherals • Install and configure software such as Microsoft 365 and anti-virus tools in line with company standards • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware and network issues within agreed SLAs • Act as a key escalation point for 1st Line Support • Provision and configure cloud services in Azure for customer environments • Support third-party integrations via APIs, including coordination with external vendors • Configure system modules to ensure customers have the correct functionality • Perform structured diagnostics and provide safe remote remediation • Run Azure Pipelines to support integration and deployment activities • Use SQL Server to investigate issues and run approved scripts • Carry out upgrades and post-change validation activities • Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs • Manage workload and priorities through tools such as Jira, Halo, Confluence, and LogMeIn • Attend customer sites to install, validate, and troubleshoot hardware and networking setups • Work to project deadlines, providing updates and raising risks where needed
Job Requirements
- Experience in Service Delivery, Technical Support, or Resolver Group environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Experience working in SLA-driven support environments and handling escalations
- Hands-on experience with customer onboarding, implementations, or field-based support
- Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN)
- Experience with Azure (or similar cloud platforms)
- Experience using SQL for investigations and script execution
- Experience supporting integrations and working with APIs
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
