Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Manager to lead AI solution deployments across a broad range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting, with a proven track record of managing technology deployments and delivering exceptional results. You will need a deep understanding of the AI solutions you’re deploying to ensure successful deployments. This role supports clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and Retail industries. Job Responsibilities - Define, initiate, and lead the overall client engagement strategy for AI deployments, serving as the executive sponsor and senior trusted advisor accountable for business outcomes, technical integration, adoption, and long-term value realization. - Lead and direct cross-functional deployment teams, setting the vision, operating model, priorities, and governance needed to launch and scale client initiatives while ensuring disciplined execution against strategic objectives. - When necessary, leverage deep expertise on AI and Circana AI solutions to advise clients on best deployment practices. - Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices for deployment, including AI technology integration, process improvement, and change management. - Oversee the deployment lifecycle, from initial sale through the successful deployment of the AI solutions as well as the transition to ongoing post-deployment support. - Conduct thorough needs assessments and strategic planning sessions to understand client requirements and challenges as it relates to the deployment of AI solutions. - Manage deployment timelines, solution revenue, and resource allocation effectively, including establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), to ensure the deployment is completed on time and within scope with the ability to demonstrate the AI solution impact. - Collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders to communicate deployment progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment between Circana’s and the client’s goals. - Advise and guide clients through adoption using principles of change management. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation with a focus on scale across the deployment team. Qualifications - Significant experience sponsoring and leading enterprise client engagements, including setting strategic direction, establishing governance, aligning executive stakeholders, and owning delivery accountability across complex programs. - Strong passion for AI overall and a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business settings. - Proven track record of leading successful technology deployments, including hands-on technical experience designing, configuring, and delivering AI solutions that leverage LLMs. - Demonstrated ability to engage directly with client IT, data architecture, and AI governance teams in technically credible discussions about how Circana’s solutions integrate into their existing ecosystems. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to be creative and nimble when warranted. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar managerial role within a consulting environment. - Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and/or Retail industries with an understanding of the Market Research industry is a strong plus. - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
