• Own regular performance tracking across SEM, Meta, and TikTok, monitoring core metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS) and flagging critical channel shifts. • Maintain and update business intelligence dashboards in Sigma and optimize underlying data models using dbt and GitHub. • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion API pipelines across Meta, Google, and TikTok to ensure exact data reliability. • Combine external marketing data with internal business databases to generate detailed analyses, advising channel managers on where to scale back or allocate more budget. • Synthesize intricate channel performance data into clear, concise, and actionable strategic recommendations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
Job Requirements
- Mid-Level expertise with the proven ability to operate completely independently without requiring constant direction or hand-holding.
- Strong, advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience building and maintaining dbt models using GitHub.
- Direct experience building, updating, and maintaining modern data dashboards specifically within Sigma.
- Proven background in marketing analytics focusing on digital paid media channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Connected TV, Programmatic) and in-platform measurement.
- Specific expertise in combining external ad platform datasets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with internal corporate databases to optimize media investments.
- Excellent English communication skills with a track record of translating technical metrics into clear business insights for non-technical teams.
- Previous analytical experience working within the Financial Services industry is a significant plus.
- Experience accelerating coding workflows using next-gen development utilities (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
