• Shape the right problems • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to clarify the customer problem, business goal, user workflow, technical constraints, and success metrics before jumping to solutions. • Turn complex workflows into trusted product experiences • Design end-to-end workflows for healthcare operations, including intake, routing, task management, provider actions, admin review, exception handling, and decision support. • Design automation and AI users can understand • Create experiences that help users understand what the system did, why it happened, what needs review, and what action to take next. • Own quality through production • Stay close to Engineering through build and QA to ensure the shipped product matches the intended experience across states, edge cases, permissions, errors, and interaction details. • Create reusable product patterns • Contribute patterns for common workflow needs like queues, task lists, status tracking, bulk actions, review flows, alerts, audit trails, and data confidence. • Move the team forward • Use clear artifacts, prototypes, tradeoff framing, and direct communication to align stakeholders, make decisions, and keep high-impact work moving.

• Define the overarching UX vision and UI design language for our omnichannel ecosystem, ensuring a seamless transition for users moving between web, mobile, and voice/AI touchpoints. • Architect sophisticated, user-facing analytics tools. • Lead the design strategy for AI-driven features. • Oversee and evolve a scalable Design System that maintains brand integrity while supporting data-heavy components across all platforms. • Serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into high-level user flows and intuitive wireframes. • Direct usability testing and competitive analysis to ensure our AI and analytics implementations solve real user pain points rather than just adding "tech for tech’s sake."

• As a Senior Product Designer, you'll independently drive and elevate the UX for critical and strategic features, often across multiple product areas or complex initiatives. • Collaborate cross-functionally to proactively identify systemic problems, define visionary solutions, and deliver user-centered design strategies that drive significant, measurable business and user impact. • Mentor and guide less experienced designers. • Play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the end-to-end user experience within our products. • Craft intuitive and scalable user flows, design highly functional and elegant interfaces, and establish consistent design patterns across all product touchpoints. • Lead collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, User Researchers, Content Designers, and Key Stakeholders. • Translate complex user insights and ambiguous product requirements into innovative design solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

• Contribute to net-new product development—from early requirements and audience insights to low- and high-fidelity prototypes and feasibility exploration • Drive the design of UI/UX features and workflows from discovery to delivery across multiple modules and products within our unified platform • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the agile process—including participation in sprint planning, refinement, and QA • Help build and maintain our design system and component library, including support for dark and light mode themes in partnership with engineering. • Design and iterate on data-rich dashboards and visualizations, crafting experiences that help users and makes sense of high-volume data. • Translate technical workflows into elegant and intuitive UI/UX that builds trust and drives adoption. • Conduct customer interviews and design feedback sessions, incorporating insights into iterative improvements • Identify and document visual discrepancies from design or interaction bugs, collaborating with QA and engineering to resolve issues and maintain high design quality • Create and maintain well organized Figma files, including wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and Jira tickets. • Bring a strategic mindset to prioritization, design tradeoffs, and iterative testing, helping teams move fast without compromising quality. • Create space for capturing metrics in your design and using those metrics to improve the experiences for your users.
