• Support Oracle HCM implementation by leading payroll testing activities and validating system configurations • Execute end-to-end payroll test cycles, documenting results, maintaining scripts, and ensuring readiness for deployment • Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across all transactions, employee changes, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with project partners and internal stakeholders to align system functionality with payroll business needs • Resolve payroll system discrepancies by investigating data issues, reconciliation variances, and integration errors

• Work on a compliance project for the Consumption Tax Reform, focused on billing processes and electronic tax documents (NF-e / NFC-e), translating legislation and technical notes into business and system requirements. • Gather requirements from Tax, Billing, Finance and IT areas. • Study and interpret NF-e / NFC-e Technical Notes related to the Tax Reform. • Map current processes and design target processes (advance payment, debit, credit, stock loss, rejection, amount reduction, etc.). • Document business rules and the functional design for Tax Reform scenarios. • Support IT/ERP in implementation (functional specifications, questions, validations). • Assist in defining scenarios and validating tests with the business area.

• Act as an internal consultant providing recommendations to regional and system executive clients. • Synthesize complex value-based care performance results into understandable outputs. • Develop strategic insights into readiness for adoption of additional risk. • Gain actionable insights from internal tools and other population health sources. • Ensure successful completion of service level agreements and OKRs within the team's performance management structure.
