Role Description We are looking for a Middle Backend Engineer to develop and maintain backend services powering a high-traffic community platform supporting Glassdoor and Fishbowl integrations. You will build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript, work with MongoDB and Redis for scalable application architecture, and support production deployments through GitLab CI/CD pipelines. The role requires strong performance optimization skills and the ability to collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $209,000-$313,000 annually. Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $199,000-$297,000 annually.
