• Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes, connectors, and orchestrations for Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Snowflake. • Implement error handling, observability, and reusable design patterns to ensure reliability and scalability. • Architect multi-agent systems: tool selection, planning loops, state management, human-in-the-loop Checkpoints. • Partner with stakeholders to design corporate systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Slack, etc) as agent-callable tools, not just data sources. • Build guardrails, fallbacks and error recovery for non-deterministic workflows. • Develop and automate ELT/ETL processes to support both BI Analytics and AI retrieval across similar datasets with different access patterns. • Build evaluation into every pipeline to ensure high quality results considering precision, answer faithfulness, latency and cost. • Own retrieval end-to-end including ingestion, chunking strategy, embeddings, vector storage and reranking as one connected system. • Implement data enrichment, quality checks, and architectural safeguards to maintain trusted datasets. • Production observability: prompt/response tracing, cost monitoring, eval dashboards. • Document agent behavior, decision logic and failure modes. • A/B testing agent versions, model comparisons. • Write modular, reusable scripts in Python, Ruby, SQL, or JavaScript to support integration, data transformation, and automation tasks. • Apply data governance practices for lineage, security, and retention. • Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and version control via GitHub, Confluence, and Jira.

• Contribute to enhancing our existing Perl code base powering our network automation systems and internal toolset. Implement new code using a modular approach with automated testing and reporting on code coverage. • Identify and reduce technical debt, improve performance and reliability, and participate in scaling decisions across our platform. • Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs. Ensure adherence to API standards, versioning practices, and monitoring instrumentation. • Play a key role in our release process by writing reliable tests, reviewing code rigorously, and contributing to CI/CD pipeline improvements. • Support the growth of junior engineers through pairing, thoughtful code reviews, and informal coaching. Promote sound design principles and foster a culture of continuous technical learning.

Role Description We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead to own quality assurance across Idoven’s Health SaaS platform. This is a deeply technical role — you will be the person who builds the QA framework, drives automated testing strategy, and personally implements the testing infrastructure that keeps our AI-powered cardiology product reliable and safe and user/customer-centric focused. This is not a heavy management role in the traditional sense, although you will manage a small team. The expectation is that you are in the weeds: writing tests, reviewing coverage, tackling the hardest QA problems, and raising the technical bar for quality across the entire engineering organisation. You will also work closely with our Regulatory and Product teams to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 27001 standards.
