Regional Developer
MDD Forensic Accountants
• Responsible for developing educational materials utilized for training new and existing Premium auditors. • Develop additional classes and supplemental materials that provide additional education and development to Davies Premium Auditors. • Responsible for the follow-up on existing Premium Audit training programs to ensure training objectives are met. • Review audits for new and existing reps that you are working with as needed. • Teaching Live Webinar classes via Microsoft Teams as needed. • Working with new premium auditor representatives with their Manager/Regional Director to assign work, meet production goals, and properly plan and schedule routes (for physical auditors) while maintaining all required communication needs. • Weekly relationship calls to employees / IC’s. • Monitors auditor production and expected production increases. • Ensures past due work is auditors focus. • Monitors quality and time service of inventory. • Training conducted through Microsoft teams, emails, phone calls. • Weekly/bi-weekly Q&A scheduled sessions for all reps in training. • Work closely and collaborate with the other Training Managers. • Weekly reporting to the Manager/Regional Director/AVP on the trainee's progress. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience completing physical audits
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Database management and record-keeping experience
- High accuracy in data entry
- Read and understand basic instructions and communications
- Write clearly with proper grammar and accuracy
- Communicate effectively; listen and seek clarification
- Ability to perform all essential duties independently
- Strong time management; balance deadlines with daily tasks

• Design, build, and deploy custom Power Apps solutions based on business and operational requirements. • Develop both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. • Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, and external APIs. • Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes. • Integrate Power BI dashboards and reporting capabilities within Power Apps applications to enhance business insights and analytics. • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, SOPs, and support materials for developed solutions. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. • Ensure best practices for security, data integrity, governance, and application lifecycle management are followed. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Development, maintenance and support of client-related applications; • Implementation and optimization of data load and transformation processes; • Creation of queries to support reports and analytical dashboards to aid decision-making; • Analysis and resolution of performance issues in queries and database processes.
