Role Description As the Clinical Adoption Consultant, you will deliver clinical consultancy services and education in this field of Consumables and Sensors with a focus on Cardiology and Respiratory. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring optimal customer workflow and driving the adoption of our products. If you are ready to make a significant impact on patient care through medical consumables and sensors, we encourage you to apply for this role. - Drive Clinical Workflow: Lead and manage the clinical workflow of ECG, NIBP, SPO2, and etCO2, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. - Clinically Educate: Develop and deliver clinical education and consultancy services tailored to the specific needs of our customers, with a strong focus on the Cardiology and Respiratory consumables. - Drive Product Adoption: Drive the adoption of ECG, SPO2, NIBP, and etCO2 products for both new and existing customers, emphasizing their value proposition and clinical performance. - Provide Clinical Support: Receive, register, and provide clinical service support to address requests and issues from various channels, ensuring solutions are in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Support may be provided remotely or on-site. - Clinical Expert: Serve as the knowledge expert on the clinical application of our products, solutions, and services. Support Account Managers with clinical decision support, including sales presentations and product demonstrations. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 1 year of experience with Master's in areas such as Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, Clinical Education or equivalent. - Strong clinical knowledge and expertise. Proven experience in a clinical, healthcare, or related role, with a preference for experience in Cardiology and Respiratory clinical measurements involving consumables and sensors. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure customer satisfaction. - Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to stay current with industry trends in the clinical field and a commitment to adhering to regulatory guidelines. Requirements - Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. - Willing to travel including overnights. Travel will be 50%-75%. Territory for this region includes: NC, SC, VA, WV, MD, OH. Benefits - Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $144,000 - $158,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. - Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. - Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
