Role Description We are seeking a Power Apps Developer to support digital transformation and business process modernization initiatives for a federal customer. The successful candidate will develop, enhance, and maintain business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 8+ years of professional experience - 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform development - Experience with: - Power Apps - Power Automate - SharePoint - Microsoft 365 - SQL or Dataverse - Experience integrating APIs and external data sources - Strong communication and customer interaction skills Requirements - Must have an active and transferable Public Trust with current investigation at the required level - Must be able to maintain the required clearance Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps applications (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) - Develop automated workflows using Power Automate - Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, SAP, and other enterprise systems - Support modernization of manual and legacy business processes - Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions - Create dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI - Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications and workflows - Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, testing, and deployment Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting federal government or NASA environments - Experience integrating Power Platform with SAP systems - Experience with Azure services - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred Desired Skills - Problem solving and analytical thinking - Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments - Strong documentation and process improvement skills - Experience modernizing business workflows and data processes
