• Design and operate our Kubernetes ecosystem (GKE, multi-cluster) with a focus on high availability and zero-downtime operations. • Own and evolve our PaaS strategy, using GitOps (ArgoCD) and CI/CD (GitLab) to empower domain teams to deploy independently. • Define and implement our observability strategy across metrics, logs, and tracing (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, OpenTelemetry). • Lead the automation of our infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring all resources are standardized and version-controlled. • Partner with engineering teams to establish and manage SLOs, SLAs, and incident management frameworks. • Design and participate in regular DR drills, implementing blue/green and active/passive strategies across regions to ensure service continuity. • Proactively apply AI-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency and automated bottleneck detection.

• Collaborate with software development teams to refactor existing applications and build new solutions using microservices architecture • Design, implement, and maintain secure CI CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery • Integrate security tools and practices into all phases of the development lifecycle • Support containerization efforts using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes within hardened environments • Deploy, monitor, and sustain microservices using commercial and open source tools • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using infrastructure as code practices • Identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation strategies across applications and environments • Provide guidance and best practices for secure coding, system design, and DevSecOps processes • Support system monitoring, logging, and performance optimization efforts
