• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality of software products; • Analyze requirements and technical specifications, identifying opportunities for improvement and risks; • Create, execute, and maintain test cases, as well as document results; • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and optimize processes; • Participate in planning and review meetings, contributing insights on quality and efficiency; • Monitor and report quality metrics, proposing corrective actions when necessary.

• Own, maintain, and scale an end-to-end (E2E) framework • Design strategies for non-deterministic LLM outputs • Evaluate agents' behavior reports • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with AI researchers and product managers

• Own quality for OCCRP’s digital products • Design test coverage and reproduce bugs • Communicate with users • Improve testing and debugging workflows • Involve in manual diagnosing and triaging of bugs • Conduct exploratory testing and writing automated tests

• Partner with multiple internal and external teams to automate and perform testing on a variety of different services and applications • Build test automation across multiple critical business domains • Plan, triage, and prioritize work across multiple work streams • Share knowledge with and mentor teammates • Actively contribute to a collaborative Quality focused culture within the team
