Job Description

Channel Partner Manager

PraxisConcierge

• Partner strategy & ecosystem: You define, together with the leadership team, which partner types we need, develop the channel strategy, and are responsible for partner revenue targets and pipeline health • Partner acquisition: You acquire new partners via inbound (incoming inquiries, partner program) and targeted outbound (trade shows/medical conferences, direct outreach to relevant partners via LinkedIn and personalized sequences) • Onboarding & enablement: You ramp up new partners quickly — product, pricing, sales process and shared goals — and build the necessary materials, trainings and resources (including a partner portal) • Partner management & motivation: You provide ongoing partner support, deliver co-marketing and campaign assets, and keep partners active and engaged through transparent incentive/tier models • Rules of engagement & deal registration: You define clear rules between direct and partner sales (avoiding channel conflicts) and ensure clean deal registration and data integrity in the CRM • Joint value & negotiation: You negotiate partnership models (including white-label arrangements), SLAs and shared objectives with decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders • Governance & reporting: You own and manage all channel KPIs, e.g. partner pipeline per quarter/year and partner-driven revenue • Feedback loop: You systematically feed market and partner feedback back into product and marketing

Job Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B (SaaS) sales, ideally with experience in partner/channel business
  • Experience in healthcare or healthtech — you are familiar with practice management systems (PVS), the practice ecosystem and its decision-making structures
  • Proven experience building and managing partnerships (recruiting, onboarding, enablement)
  • Understanding of channel conflict management and rules of engagement in hybrid (direct + indirect) models
  • Negotiation-level German (C2) — confident when interacting with partner executives
  • Experience with CRM/PRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.), including deal registration and partner reporting

Benefits

  • Build, not maintain: You will build an entire sales pillar from the ground up and play a key role in shaping our partner strategy
  • Leverage over one-off deals: You scale revenue through partners — achieving significantly greater reach than 1:1 direct sales
  • Attractive compensation: Fixed salary plus a performance-based component tied to partner performance
  • Remote-first: You design your own workday and are comfortable with digital communication
  • Meaningful mission: Digitizing healthcare — with visible impact

Square

Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality through Afterpay, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.
