Job Summary: The Clinical Data Quality Specialist is a critical member of the clinical leadership team, working closely with Clinical Services Leads, Clinical Data Leads, abstractors and Client Services management through their support of various data integrity and quality tasks. Roles and Responsibilities: Complete initial IRR cases for new implementations. Support greenlighting process by facilitating orientation meetings and completing IRR cases for go-live/existing projects. Communicate greenlighting progress to CDL and Client Services management, highlight any potential concerns and partner to develop and execute an initial action plan to support successful. greenlighting progress for each team member, including providing team member re-education. Assist with Targeted Reviews, Specific Element Reviews, Critical Element Reviews and Fallout Reviews, as needed. Support maintenance of MDDs by identifying gaps and collaborating with the CDL to make updates. Support identification of quality improvement opportunities in collaboration with the CDL. Support monthly reconciliation of Fallout Communication Tool by assisting CDL with clearing differences. Support timely completion of ERT responses to partner by adding fallouts and responding to partner questions, when requested. Attend team orientations for new implementations to become SME for the project. Complete abstractions, as assigned. Job Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to concurrently manage multiple accounts, adjusting as needed to shifting timelines and priorities.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to approach problems in a systematic method using the ability to synthesize data and suggest recommendations.
- Demonstrates high standards for accuracy and attention to detail.

- Education and Experience:
- 1+ years direct clinical data abstraction experience and in-depth specification knowledge of Core Measures/Sepsis (within the last calendar year).
- RN or LPN Credential (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience training others, providing effective and constructive feedback, identifying potential quality issues and collaborating with managers to provide support (preferred).

- The target wage range for this role is $29.00 - $34.00 per hour. Individual wage rates within this range are based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Wage ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based wage rate increases annually.
