Product Manager

Axuall

• Lead the design and delivery of GenAI driven workflow solutions that automate and augment recruiter and workforce intelligence workflows. • Define how AI agents interact with Axuall’s clinician data, job data, and customer context to drive meaningful user outcomes. • Work closely with Axuall’s data science team to develop new analytics- and model-driven product offerings. • Own the productization of analytics outputs—ensuring insights are explainable, actionable, and embedded directly into user workflows. • Partner closely with senior product leadership through regular roadmap reviews, prioritization discussions, and strategy working sessions, gaining direct mentorship and exposure to executive decision-making while building independent product judgment. • Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap for Explore’s data and AI capabilities, aligned with company goals and customer needs. • Drive alignment across leadership, engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success on priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs. • Translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics. • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure responsible and compliant use of healthcare data and AI.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally in data-intensive or analytics-driven SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large-scale datasets (healthcare data strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to work with data science and engineering teams to deliver model- or analytics-backed product features.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and modern analytics or AI architectures.
  • Experience translating AI or ML concepts into user-facing products.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and track record of delivering results in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping new product categories.

Role Description The Formulary Strategy Manager, Trade (RPh) will lead the development and execution of trade-related formulary strategies for the organization’s proprietary formularies. This role focuses on optimizing formulary positioning to maximize rebate opportunities, ensure clinical appropriateness, and maintain compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong clinical knowledge, trade negotiation insight, and the ability to collaborate across clinical, financial, and operational teams. The Formulary Strategy Manager is responsible for analyzing market trends, rebate structures, and trade agreements to inform formulary decisions. This individual will work closely with manufacturers, PBMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure formulary strategies align with organizational goals. The role involves monitoring pipeline products, competitive positioning, and trade contract performance to drive formulary optimization and financial outcomes. Responsibilities - Develop and implement trade-related formulary strategies to optimize rebate opportunities and clinical outcomes. - Analyze manufacturer contracts, rebate structures, and market dynamics to inform formulary positioning. - Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure formulary decisions meet evidence-based standards and patient safety requirements. - Monitor pipeline products and competitive market trends to anticipate formulary impacts. - Prepare and present formulary strategy recommendations to internal leadership and Formulary Strategy Committee. - Partner with finance and analytics teams to evaluate cost-effectiveness and rebate performance. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations related to formulary management. - Serve as a liaison with trade partners and manufacturers to negotiate and maintain favorable formulary positioning. - Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of formulary management, rebate structures, and trade agreements. - Clinical expertise in pharmacotherapy and evidence-based medicine. - Ability to interpret and analyze financial and contractual data. - Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
