Role Description We are looking for an Android Developer to join our team starting in July 2026 for a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover a medical leave. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, product-driven environment where quality, experimentation, and user impact matter. We are looking for someone pragmatic, hands-on, and passionate about building high-quality mobile experiences. - Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using modern development practices and frameworks - Build clean, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose - Implement and contribute to modern Android architectures, including MVVM / Clean Architecture - Work with Coroutines and Flow to build efficient, reactive, and maintainable applications - Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements - Balance fast iteration and experimentation with long-term code quality and maintainability - Contribute to testing, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of the Android experience - Support experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing and rapid product iterations when applicable Qualifications - Solid professional experience as an Android Developer, ideally at Mid to Senior level - Strong experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose - Good understanding of MVVM / Clean Architecture, Coroutines, and Flow - Experience building scalable, maintainable, and high-quality Android applications - Pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance quick wins and code quality trade-offs - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment - Experience with A/B testing and experimentation is a strong plus - Previous experience in health-tech or another regulated environment is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory Requirements - Fully remote work with flexibility and autonomy - 6-month fixed-term contract - Must be based in Portugal

Role Description The Sr. Mobile Diesel Technician will be responsible for performing licensed DOT inspections, preventative maintenance inspections, light and advanced repairs, advanced mechanical/hydraulic/electrical and electronic diagnostics, and other duties as assigned. - Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (“PM”), DOT Inspections and follow up repairs on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment. - Perform minor adjustments and repairs on various types of truck equipment including: - Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems - Starters/Alternators - Fan clutches - Engine electronics - Diesel steering systems - Engines (gas and diesel) - Transmissions (manual and automatic) - Clutches - Differentials - Diagnose, adjust, and repair various types of truck equipment. - Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions. - Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions and ensure proper functionality. - Independently manage parts inventory and equipment provided on company-issued service truck. - Maintain and operate company-issued service vehicle, conducting safety checks and pre-/post-trip inspections. - Work effectively with clients and customers to assess their needs. - Manage concurrent assigned tasks and prioritize work-related activities. - Use hand tools, precision instruments, Diesel tools, welding equipment, lifts, and jacks. - Document work performed and findings on Repair Orders (“RO”) using company-issued iOS device. - Accurately complete DOT forms and other documentation in a timely manner. - Work with a high degree of independence and manage own daily schedule. - Maintain a high level of productivity and work within Standard Repair Times. - Obtain parts from approved local and national vendors as necessary. - Communicate with management and support team via email or phone. - Perform all work in compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies. Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. - At least 3 years of experience with refrigerated equipment. - OEM training and certifications are preferred. - Participate in and complete all company-required training. - Must be able to successfully complete and pass a DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and DOT physical prior to employment. - Must be at least 21 years or older due to interstate operating authority commerce regulations. - Valid driver’s license required.
