• Independently developing solutions for projects in the high-voltage sector (110kV – 380kV), coordinating constructive interfaces, and creating documentation with AutoCAD, Primtech, and/or REVIT (2D/3D) • Projecting, among other things, floor plans, plant layouts, sections, site plans, construction specifications including mechanical calculations, and remodeling concepts • Obtaining the required technical plant data and configurations and clarifying interfaces in coordination meetings with project staff, customers, and suppliers • Communicating within the project team and to management about noticeable deviations in quality, goals, costs, and deadlines • Collaborating in project teams with responsibility for sub-projects

• Lead end‐to‐end UX for ViDA’s data applications and dashboards, including user research, information architecture, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing. • Engage directly with users—clinical engineers, medical physicists, service teams, and internal stakeholders—to understand real workflows, constraints, vocabulary, and cognitive load. • Translate complex telemetry streams and AI model outputs into interfaces that prioritise clarity, density management, and rapid decision‐making. • Apply strong information‐design principles to data visualisation, including chart selection, hierarchy, colour usage, annotations, accessibility, and thoughtful handling of empty, error, and loading states. • Design and build production frontend applications using modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and component libraries (e.g., shadcn/ui), moving fluidly between design tools and code. • Own and evolve ViDA’s design system and shared component library to ensure consistency and scalability across data products.

Key Responsibilities - Design and Develop: Engineer mobile mechanical systems for oil and gas applications—hydraulic equipment, mobile lifting systems, and field-service machinery. - Optimize Performance: Enhance reliability and efficiency for high-pressure, high-load, and high-cycle environments. - Model and Draw: Create detailed CAD models and drawings using Inventor (preferred), AutoCAD, or SolidWorks. - Prototype and Validate: Test and refine equipment to meet API, ASME, and internal quality standards. - Troubleshoot and Improve: Diagnose field issues, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement in system performance. - Collaborate and Lead: Work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and field teams to deliver robust, field-ready solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred). - 7+ years of experience in mechanical design for oil & gas or heavy industrial equipment. - Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks). - Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, power units, and mechanical assemblies. - Proven ability to manage projects from concept through deployment. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
