Role Description We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Data Analyst to help Midnite make smarter decisions through insight, analysis, and stakeholder partnership. This role will sit at the centre of how we understand customer behaviour, retention, product performance, and commercial opportunity. You’ll work closely with Growth, Product, Commercial, and Trading teams to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations that influence real business outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how analytics supports decision-making across the business while helping us deepen our understanding of customer behaviour and lifecycle performance as we continue to scale. - Analyse customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance. - Support CRM and growth initiatives through insight and analytical recommendations. - Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Trading stakeholders. - Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches. - Build reports, dashboards, and decision-support analysis. - Identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities through data. - Support experimentation and performance measurement initiatives. - Present analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. - Contribute proactively to improving analytical maturity across the business. What We Need We are looking for a Staff Data Analyst to serve as a technical leader within our Business Intelligence team. This is a high-impact role designed for a seasoned expert who can bridge the gap between complex data engineering and actionable business strategy.
