Job Requirements

Qualifications - Hands-on knowledge of die-cutting and converting processes, materials (foams, films, adhesives, gaskets, fiberglass insulation, etc.), and OEM customer technical requirements. - Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in die-cutting, converting, or related flexible materials manufacturing. - Demonstrated success driving new business and consistently achieving sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline and account management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fully remote, independent work environment. - Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits, trade shows, and plant visits (up to 30–40%). - Experience with technical/consultative selling and working closely with engineering teams.
