Qualifications - Strong hands-on technical expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or software development. - Ability to evaluate real-world AI/LLM applications, architectures, workflows, and distinguish practical approaches from hype. - Experience structuring complex technical knowledge into competency maps, frameworks, skill decomposition, or curriculum logic. - Ability to review technical learning content critically and provide clear, structured feedback to authors and internal stakeholders. - Seniority level that allows the person to work autonomously after onboarding, take ownership quickly, and deliver strong results with limited supervision. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to mixed stakeholders. - Availability to collaborate within European time zones. - English fluency for professional communication and collaboration. Role Description At Nebius Academy we're building a hands-on online course for experienced mobile developers on the practical use of Cursor and other AI coding tools in professional mobile development workflows. As the Instructor, you will lead interactive live sessions that go beyond passive learning — empowering engineers to apply AI tools critically and effectively in real-world mobile development contexts. You’ll collaborate with the course team to design, facilitate, and iterate on expert-led live sessions delivered over several weeks. - Prepare practical workshop scenarios and training materials for Golang using Cursor and other AI coding tools, in collaboration with our Instructional Designer. - Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops. - Develop reusable materials: code snippets, prompt libraries, challenge tasks, and reference guides. - Review and incorporate feedback from learners to continuously improve session design. - Work with the curriculum team to ensure strong alignment between asynchronous and live content. - Communicate with students on the Q&A session. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong proficiency in Golang. - Background in fintech (payments, banking, card systems, or adjacent domains). - Hands-on experience with Cursor and/or Claude Code in real development workflows. - Comfort with system design, testing strategies, and developer tooling. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable, engaging learning experiences. - Russian language (some of our students speak Russian). - Excellent spoken English and clear technical communication. - Confident, collaborative, and audience-oriented facilitation style. - Background in developer advocacy, tech leadership, or engineering mentorship. - Strong preparation habits and time management.
