Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Change Management, Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Transformation.
- Experience supporting enterprise application implementations or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in training delivery, communication planning, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience creating training documentation, SOPs, job aids, and e-learning content.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Experience conducting virtual training sessions and remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and learning platforms.
