Role Description You act as a reliable first point of contact for our existing Italian-speaking customers and prospects, answering general inquiries via email and phone. - You resolve everyday customer inquiries efficiently and work closely with our Level 2 team to route more complex questions to the right experts. - You capture and share valuable customer feedback to help us identify areas for improvement in our product and internal processes. - You continuously expand your financial knowledge through our internal training and self-motivated learning. → This position is initially fixed-term for one year. Qualifications - Educational Background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, or you bring initial practical experience in a customer-facing service role (career changers are explicitly welcome). - Professional Focus: You have a strong affinity for digital products and a basic interest in financial markets – our L&D team will teach you the specific financial knowledge you need. - You are passionate about delivering a positive customer experience and finding quick, helpful solutions for routine issues. - You are a reliable team player who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - You are fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
