Senior Product Manager – Patient CRM

Veeva Systems Inc

• Contribute to the Patient CRM Roadmap: Own the strategy and delivery of the features specific to patient recruitment, enrollment, and long-term engagement processes. • Collaborate Across Product Teams: Partner with the wider Vault CRM PM organization to incorporate patient-specific requirements into the core platform. You will ensure that core capabilities are optimized for the high-touch, high-security nature of patient services. • Industry Representation & Thought Leadership: Represent the product team at Patient Services and Hub-focused events. You will share our vision for the future of patient orchestration and gather market intelligence to inform our strategy. • Requirement Synthesis: Translate the complexities of patient journeys, including reimbursement, clinical trial support, and therapy adherence, into technical specifications. • AI & Intelligent Orchestration: Partner with the AI PM team to build agents that help patient case managers and support teams interact with patients more empathetically and efficiently. • Full Lifecycle Management: Work with UX, engineering, QA, and services teams to guide features from initial concept and design to global release and customer adoption.

Job Requirements

  • HealthTech Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Patient Services, Hub Operations, Field Reimbursement, or Product Management for patient-specific software. You must have a deep understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and patient privacy regulations.
  • Software Product Management: 3+ years of PM experience at a software company, with a proven track record of owning and launching enterprise-grade SaaS products.
  • Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to work across multiple product teams to influence roadmaps and drive shared goals in a complex, matrixed PM environment.
  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a "show me the data" mindset to uncover the "why" behind customer needs.
  • Technical Execution: Experience writing detailed requirement specifications, managing backlogs, and leading engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Communication: Superior ability to translate Patient Services "shop talk" into technical requirements for developers and executive-level visions for customers.

The Formulary Strategy Manager is responsible for analyzing market trends, rebate structures, and trade agreements to inform formulary decisions. This individual will work closely with manufacturers, PBMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure formulary strategies align with organizational goals. The role involves monitoring pipeline products, competitive positioning, and trade contract performance to drive formulary optimization and financial outcomes.
