Role Description This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. Haldren is growing its internal business development function and is looking for a commercially minded BD executive to expand our client footprint across US and global markets. This is a fully remote role based in South Africa, focused on building lasting client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow and improve our service offering, and creating genuine long-term value for the clients and candidates we work with. The ideal candidate is someone who leads with curiosity and relationship first — someone who understands client needs deeply, communicates with credibility, and knows how to develop trusted partnerships over time.
