Regional Sales Manager
Gladstone Software
• Account management of and upselling to a group of Key Accounts in a target region • Providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and in person • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of sufficient size to achieve agreed sales targets, through lead acquisition both directly and alongside the marketing function. • Record and manage all opportunities in SalesForce • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Company’s product portfolio and awareness of competitor products • Maintaining an awareness of industry trends, particularly within the University and Further Education sector • Support in the acquisition of new logo Further Education business from the competition • Establish and maintain strategic relationships, alliances, and networks within the industry as well as with other key stakeholders to generate sales leads • Attend industry events as required from time to time • Assist Finance with Billing and Invoice queries.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience selling software solutions within the leisure industry is desirable
- Proven record in selling business application software
- Relevant professional sales training and experience
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills
- The ability to build and foster business relationships
- Good understanding of technology and how it is applied in business
- A moderate degree of computer literacy and technical competency
- Demonstrable evidence of organizing customer accounts and projection implementation.
