Key Account Manager
INFICON
• Sustain sales for existing customers and manage multiple Semi End User and OEM accounts throughout the US • Maintain and manage sales plans to achieve sales goals within assigned accounts • Identify growth opportunities for INFICON’s product portfolio • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing the specific needs of semiconductor OEMs and Semi End User accounts • Provide technical guidance and expertise on the application of INFICON products to meet customer requirements • Manage account activities, including preparing quotes, negotiating sales contracts, submitting forecasts, and creating key account plans and monthly reports • Provide valuable feedback to Business Units regarding product introduction strategies, market trends, competitive analysis, and application requirements • Support pricing adjustments, product recommendations, and updates to sales policies • Collaborate with the Segment Manager to input annual sales goals and refine strategic objectives for the sales territory • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes efficiency • Contribute to the development and execution of territory-specific sales and marketing plans
Job Requirements
- 4 years technical degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Physics) or business
- 3-5 years of account management experience selling to Semiconductors
- A track record of establishing new customer connections
- A history of cultivating existing relationships to ensure prospective sales
- Skilled in conveying strategic plans with a deep understanding of key account stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to identify areas of concern in customer fabs where our product portfolio can offer effective resolutions
- Versed in software tools, encompassing CRM and MS Office applications
- Effective negotiation skills
- Proficient in project tracking to proactively tackle potential challenges
- Must have the ability to work independently, travel to customer sites (up to 25% of the time)

Role Description As a Key Account Manager, Utility-Scale Energy Storage, you will be a front-line revenue leader responsible for driving Sungrow’s ESS growth across a sub-region of the Western U.S. market.
