Role Description Buscamos um(a) Fornecedor(a) Facilitador(a) / Consultor(a) Especialista com experiência em Reforma Tributária, Pequenos Negócios e condução de processos formativos voltados ao empreendedorismo. O profissional será responsável por facilitar a jornada de aprendizagem de empreendedores, atuando na mediação de grupos, condução de encontros síncronos e realização de consultorias individuais, garantindo engajamento, acompanhamento e aplicação prática dos conteúdos ao contexto dos participantes. É essencial possuir sólida base técnica sobre a Reforma Tributária aplicada a pequenos negócios, excelente comunicação didática e capacidade de traduzir conteúdos tributários e contábeis complexos para uma linguagem simples, objetiva e orientada à tomada de decisão do empreendedor. Deliverables - Facilitação e acompanhamento de turmas compostas por Microempreendedores Individuais (MEI), Microempresas (ME) e Empresas de Pequeno Porte (EPP). - Apoio aos participantes na compreensão das mudanças trazidas pela Reforma Tributária e sua aplicação prática nos negócios. - Mediação e gestão de grupos no WhatsApp, atuando no envio de comunicações, orientações e ações de engajamento. - Gestão e acompanhamento de turmas com aproximadamente 40 a 60 participantes. - Condução de 3 encontros síncronos coletivos, com duração de 2 horas cada. - Realização de até 2 consultorias individuais de 45 minutos por empresa participante ao longo da jornada. - Acompanhamento e registro contínuo de presença, participação e realização das atividades. - Orientação dos participantes na elaboração de ações práticas e aplicação dos conteúdos no contexto do negócio. Qualifications - Formação ou experiência comprovada em Contabilidade, Direito Tributário, Finanças, Administração ou áreas correlatas com foco tributário. - Conhecimento sólido sobre a Reforma Tributária aplicada aos pequenos negócios. - Domínio das mudanças relacionadas à Emenda Constitucional 132/2023 e seus impactos para MEI, ME e EPP. - Conhecimento sobre IVA Dual (IBS e CBS), Imposto Seletivo, transição tributária e impactos no Simples Nacional. - Conhecimento sobre temas relacionados ao Simples Nacional Híbrido, créditos tributários, Split Payment, emissão fiscal e impactos financeiros para pequenos negócios. - Experiência prévia em facilitação de grupos, condução de aulas ao vivo, mentorias, consultorias ou ações formativas. - Experiência em mediação e gestão de comunidades online, especialmente em WhatsApp. - Excelente comunicação e capacidade de simplificar conteúdos técnicos para públicos não especialistas. - Organização e disciplina para controle de presença, acompanhamento de participação e registros em sistemas. - Facilidade para engajar participantes e conduzir processos de aprendizagem com foco prático. The fulltime Senior Botanist/Wetland Ecologist (Botanist) will support the preparation of environmental documents including: - Natural Environment Study reports - Biological Assessments - Biological sections of CEQA/NEPA documents - Mitigation and monitoring reports Responsibilities include: - Planning, leading, and conducting small to large-scale field surveys, including: - Vegetation mapping - Invasive species mapping - Aquatic resources delineations - Rare plant surveys - Collecting, managing, and synthesizing data in the field - Preparing technical deliverables - Ensuring consistency with applicable regulatory requirements - Working independently or in small groups - Maintaining close communication with project managers and multidisciplinary teams - Directing and overseeing the work of field staff during survey and monitoring efforts The Botanist must have demonstrated experience conducting aquatic resources delineations consistent with the 1987 Corps of Engineers (USACE) Wetland Delineation Manual and the Arid West Regional Supplement to the USACE Manual.
