Data Product Manager
CI&T
• Build and manage the data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the area's strategic objectives. • Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and clear, actionable acceptance criteria. • Manage and prioritize the backlog in Jira, aligning expectations between stakeholders and technical teams. • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, review, and retrospective. • Partner with Data Engineering teams to clarify requirements, remove impediments, and support deliveries. • Contribute to defining metrics, business rules, and analytical data products. • Monitor product evolution and support data- and metric-driven decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Data Product Manager, or Agile Delivery role in data projects.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Lakehouse, or other modern data platforms.
- Experience communicating with technical data engineering teams.
- Practical experience with Jira, including backlog management, creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Advanced Spanish for interaction with stakeholders and international teams.
- Preferred: English for reading technical documentation and interacting with global teams.
- Experience in Finance, FP&A, billing, or financial data projects.
- Knowledge of Power BI, semantic layer, or data products.
- Experience with Confluence and data governance.
