UX/UI Designer

• Mener la discovery UX : entretiens, ateliers et synthèse des insights auprès des utilisateurs • Définir l'expérience : co-construire les parcours et scénarios avec le Product Owner • Concevoir pour le Cloud : Créer des solutions adaptées à un produit SaaS complexe • Piloter l’IA : exploiter Claude de façon avancée pour générer maquettes et prototypes • Ajuster et valider l'ergonomie des outputs générés par l'IA • Assurer l'alignement de tes productions avec notre Design System dans Figma • Présenter les dossiers aux parties prenantes et itérer selon les retours • Documenter : rédiger les specs fonctionnelles, cas limites et comportements attendus • Accompagner l'équipe technique pour garantir la qualité de l’UX finale livrée.
Job Requirements
- Pratique concrète : utilisation quotidienne de l'IA (Claude, ChatGPT) dans ton workflow de design.
- Esprit critique : capacité à déléguer à l'IA tout en restant garant de l'ergonomie
- Savoir-être : Autonomie, ouverture à la critique, esprit d'équipe et bonne humeur
- Expérience confirmée : Solide bagage en UX (recherche et conception) sur un produit SaaS / Cloud
- Outils & Méthodes : Maîtrise des parcours utilisateurs, de Figma (Design System), Jira et Confluence
- Utilisation avancée de Claude (Projects, prompts structurés)
- Expérience sur un ATS, un SIRH ou un logiciel métier B2B complexe
- Connaissance de Material Design 3 et des normes d'accessibilité ( WCAG )

Role Description As a senior member of the Product Design team, you will help us redefine what’s possible with the way the world experiences the internet. What You'll Do - Partner with Product Management and UX Research to identify and ideate on design solutions to meet customer expectations and business requirements. - Translate design solutions into navigation flows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes. - Continuously iterate over designs to improve the user experience. - Partner with Engineers closely to evaluate design alternatives, ensure that solutions are technically feasible, and reuse established interaction patterns and UI components when appropriate. - Plan and conduct user research, including usability testing, contextual interviews, task analysis, and surveys. Share findings from research in a presentation setting. - Improve upon the design system, making recommendations for new patterns and standardized practice. - Stay at the forefront of advances in tools and processes in the design community and recommend improvements to Fastly processes. - Provide mentorship and design guidance for other product design team members. - Lead workshops with Product, UX Research, Client Services, and Engineering teams in design thinking, customer journey mapping exercises, and other brainstorming sessions. Qualifications - 7+ years experience designing workflows and interfaces for enterprise web applications or equivalent. - A strong design portfolio of work with a proven track record of creating end-to-end design solutions and creating intuitive interfaces for customers. - An effective communicator and problem solver who can present user research and design solutions in company-wide meetings. - Skilled at explaining design intentions to cross-functional teams and incorporating their feedback to improve work. - Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing tools, including collecting design feedback from customers or customer proxies. - Expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe CC, Claude Code, or similar design and prototyping tools. Requirements - Experience working with SaaS enterprise software for technical users. - Experience designing for WCAG accessibility standards. - Experience writing HTML/CSS/Javascript code by hand. • Drive UI/UX Refinements: Take the lead on making UI/UX improvements to our existing SimpleTexting flows, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver incremental enhancements. • Design for Self-Serve Funnels: Design simple and effective UI and user flows for our new self-serve discounts feature, ensuring clear eligibility and application processes. • Own the end-to-end journey design for self-serve cancellations, balancing business needs with a positive, customer-centric experience. • Lead Discovery and Research: Conduct light user research and testing to inform the UX for new upsell opportunities, such as user seats and add-ons. You will design modular and scalable patterns that can be extended over time. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work as a key partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams, translating ideas from wireframes through to final delivery. • Own the Design Process: Embed yourself in the team's rituals, taking a proactive approach to design rather than waiting for ad-hoc requests.
• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery to implementation. • Translate customer needs into clear, intuitive experiences informed by competitor insights, research data, and UX best practices. • Build a deep understanding of competitor features and customer needs at a persona level. • Use modern tools and AI-assisted workflows to iterate faster, prototype new ideas, and validate through user testing. • Lead user research to identify key touchpoints and define measurable criteria for UX effectiveness and efficiency by guiding other designers in conducting interviews, analyzing insights, and applying data-driven design principles. • Own and evolve our design system to improve consistency, scalability, and ease of use across the product. • Partner with engineering to ensure our design system is implemented accurately and continuously improved. • Reimagine and enhance mobile app experience, ensuring parity and coherence with the web app. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine ideas based on feedback and improve designs as they’re built. • Mentor designers, review their work, and support their growth.Mentor designers by reviewing their work and offering clear, actionable feedback that fosters their growth. • Contribute to product and business strategy by connecting design decisions to outcomes. • Build and present completing design demos to leadership to secure stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
• Collaborate with other Design, Product, and Development managers to ensure alignment across projects • Proactively work with reports to ensure high quality designs and stakeholder satisfaction • Collaborate with other Design Managers and Director on user experience strategy • Work with agile leadership to ensure Design team quality, efficiency and velocity meets team needs • Develop deep understanding of customer journeys, personas and segmentation within your portfolio of projects • Translate complex cognitive challenges across multiple projects into elegant user experiences delivered across multiple channels • Gain stakeholder support for designs by clearly communicating design vision and rationale • Conceptualize, design and define breakthrough user experiences, drawing inspiration from research, user goals, and the world around you
