• Lead end-to-end development for our AI platform and customer experiences, from initial roadmap to rollout. • Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails—balancing latency, cost, and accuracy. • Serve as the technical translator between engineering and the broader organization, establishing AI best practices and platform standards. • Drive systematic improvement in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous experimentation. • Work with partners at OpenAI to evaluate and deploy the next generation of voice models and workflow automation.

• Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for: • Sales pipeline analysis and customer intelligence • Internal knowledge management • Operational reporting and business insights • Executive decision support • Work with structured and unstructured data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG • Build and maintain AI agents that combine semantic and keyword search across internal knowledge bases, meeting transcripts, and CRM data • Manage infrastructure for AI services, with support from DevOps • Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions • Help drive AI adoption and AI-first thinking across the organization

• Produce high-volume ad creative (static, video, and copy) using AI tools end-to-end — from concept through final asset • Develop and maintain repeatable AI workflows for rapid creative testing and iteration • Stay on the bleeding edge of AI creative tools and bring new capabilities into the team's stack as they emerge • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms • Set up and run structured creative tests (copy, hooks, formats, audiences) • Monitor campaign performance daily and assist with budget management and pacing to hit acquisition and efficiency targets • Track and report on key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and creative win rates • Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights • Identify trends in creative and audience performance to inform strategy • Translate data into clear recommendations for the team • Assist with landing page copy and creative for CRO experiments • Collaborate with Brand to ensure ad creative is on-brand while optimized for performance • Help scope and QA new tracking implementations and attribution setups • Document processes and playbooks so the team can scale.
