Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in industry
  • Masters or PhD in Statistics or a related field, or 3+ years experience specifically in online experimentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical ideas and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A pragmatic and iterative approach to engineering that emphasizes incremental progress and continuous delivery.
