Content Marketing Manager
Bitly
• Own content marketing programs across Bitly and its related brand channels, from strategy and planning through creation, distribution, and performance. • Stay on top of emerging trends in content, AI, and audience behavior, helping ensure Bitly’s content strategy looks ahead to a changing landscape. • Lead emerging and opportunistic content initiatives (e.g., podcasts, editorial formats, new media types), testing and scaling new ways to reach and engage audiences over time. • Exercise strong editorial judgment in prioritizing content ideas, formats, and opportunities based on business impact and audience needs. • Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to systematize and scale components of content creation, distribution, and analysis. • Lead the creation of original data-driven reports and research to drive thought leadership, turning insights into narratives that build credibility. • Lead Bitly’s YouTube content strategy in close partnership with Creative, Acquisition, and Product Marketing, ensuring video content supports full-funnel goals from awareness through education and adoption. • Create customer stories and case studies in partnership with the Product Marketing team, bringing real-world use cases, outcomes, and value to life. • Own content distribution programs that extend the lifecycle of core content by repurposing and adapting assets across channels and formats. • Optimize content for discoverability across human and AI-driven surfaces, working closely with the Acquisition team to support SEO and GEO priorities. • Partner with the Brand team, external leaders, customers, and industry voices to co-create authority-building content that earns citations, third-party references, and broader industry visibility. • Support product launches and marketing campaigns with content that educates new and existing customers, ensuring alignment with messaging, timing, and go-to-market priorities. • Support executive thought leadership through content development and ghostwriting, in partnership with the rest of the Brand & Content team. • Track and report on content performance and engagement, using insights to inform clear actions that improve effectiveness over time.
Job Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or storytelling roles for high-volume, product-led B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven products.
- Proven experience owning content programs from strategy and creation through distribution and performance measurement.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone, voice, and format across content types, audiences, and channels.
- Experience creating a range of content, including thought leadership, data-driven reports, customer stories, and multimedia or video-adjacent content.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners across the organization.
- Sound editorial judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- Creative, curious, and open to feedback, with an interest in how AI is shaping the future of content.

Clinical Leadership & Operational Support - Serve as an on-site clinical expert and operational resource to Executive Directors, Directors of Health & Wellness, and wellness Teams. - Provide hands-on support and guidance in resident assessments, care planning, medication management, staffing, documentation, clinical oversight and clinical decision-making. - Temporarily assume Director of Health & Wellness /Director of Memory Care responsibilities during vacancies, leaves of absence, onboarding periods, or periods of increased operational need, ensuring continuity of care and regulatory compliance. - Provide clinical input, manage and support resident assessment process including move-ins, transfers, and care level appropriateness when requested. - Support communities in addressing resident and family concerns related to care delivery, clinical decisions, or transitions. - Promote person-centered care practices that uphold dignity, respect, and quality of life. Training, Coaching & Capability Building - Deliver side-by-side training and coaching to Health & Wellness leaders and wellness team members, reinforcing ESL standards, policies, and best practices. - Support onboarding and transition of newly hired Directors of Health & Wellness through real-time guidance, mentoring, and skills check reinforcement. - Educate teams on resident rights, dignity, infection control, documentation standards, medication administration, and clinical workflows. - Reinforce accountability and consistency without assuming long-term people management authority. - Support communities in achieving and sustaining a “survey-ready” environment at all times. Quality, Compliance & Risk Management - In partnership with Divisional support and Quality Assurance, participate in scheduled clinical audits, site visits, and operational reviews to assess compliance with ESL standards and applicable state and federal regulations. - Identify trends in incidents, falls, medication errors, infections, and documentation gaps; partner with community and divisional leadership on corrective action planning. - Provide guidance during regulatory surveys, follow-up visits, or corrective action periods as directed by the SVP, Health & Wellness. - Ensure appropriate partnerships with ancillary service providers (home health, hospice, therapy, etc.) to support resident outcomes.
