• Support the Project during all phases of Sales Engineering • Analyze customer data to determine system requirements • Develop material flow diagrams and process flow charts • Support cost gathering in correlation with the Senior Solution Engineer • Develop 3D system layout drawings (CAD) • Gather cost for equipment and services proposed • Develop proposal documents describing system requirements, the proposed solution with scope of work, pricing, benefit analysis, return-on-investment • Support Presentations to the customer (upper management and operations personnel) • Travel to support customer visits (generally 1-to-3 trips per month for 1 or 2 nights per trip)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, and MS Access (including the ability to develop database queries)
- Data Analysis background and knowledge of material handling technologies, process management & improvement, and system analysis are beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and efficient in managing time and resources
- Eligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
