• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Alliance Specialists responsible for supporting the Microsoft partnership across 3Cloud. • Drive accountability, prioritization, and performance management aligned to alliance objectives and KPIs. • Ensure consistent execution of alliance processes, rhythms, and deliverables across regions and teams. • Act as an escalation point for day-to-day Microsoft-related operational issues. • Manage execution of multi-million-dollar Microsoft funding programs and day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with defined strategy and targets. • Oversee funding submission processes, tracking, governance, and compliance in partnership with internal stakeholders. • Maintain accurate pipeline, funding, and activity tracking in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and reporting discipline. • Support forecasting efforts through pipeline hygiene, reporting, and insights. • Drive execution of co-sell motions with Microsoft field teams, ensuring alignment to priority solutions and accounts. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to operationalize joint GTM programs and campaigns. • Ensure Alliance Specialists are effectively supporting opportunity progression, partner engagement, and field alignment. • Monitor and improve co-sell performance metrics (pipeline, registrations, velocity, and conversion). • Support relationship management with Microsoft field stakeholders (e.g., account teams, partners, and program contacts). • Coordinate and prepare materials for regular Microsoft and internal cadence meetings (e.g., pipeline reviews, account planning). • Drive execution of key Microsoft programs and requirements (e.g., Advanced Specializations support, partner program tracking, audits, and submissions). • Ensure readiness and alignment for key Microsoft milestones and compliance requirements. • Partner with Marketing and Alliances leadership to support execution of Microsoft-related events and campaigns. • Coordinate logistics, tracking, and follow-up from events to ensure measurable pipeline and engagement outcomes. • Support amplification of partnership initiatives and success stories across internal and external channels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6 years of experience in alliances, partner management, business development, or related roles
- Experience working within or alongside Microsoft partner ecosystem preferred
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive execution, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed

The Customer Business Manager I- Account Manager will report to the CBM II. RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute customer and distributor business plans aligned to volume and profitability objectives. - Implement strategies across promotion, pricing, distribution, shelving schematics, and category management for multiple McCormick brands. - Present customer plans and lead execution to ensure achievement of volume and distribution targets. - Optimize product assortment and mix to expand distribution and improve overall performance. - Manage direct and broker relationships to ensure alignment and flawless marketplace execution. - Oversee trade promotion investments and ensure effective utilization of trade spend. - Travel overnight as business needs require.
