• Lead creative project management: Oversee project intake, resourcing, scheduling, and prioritization in partnership with marketing leadership • Strategic project ownership: Not just track tasks, but evaluate scope, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve issues before they become blockers • Resource planning: Forecast team bandwidth and surface capacity gaps • Production leadership: Manage external production vendors across video, audio, motion, and print — ensuring output meets Hometap standards and budgets • Budget accountability: Assist with tracking and reporting of the creative production budget, providing visibility to leadership on spend and forecasts • Stakeholder alignment: Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, ensuring creative work is aligned with business goals and delivered on time • Timeline accountability: Hold team members, vendors, and stakeholders accountable for timelines
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in project management and creative production across video, social, and digital (print a plus)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional creative workflows and managing external production vendors
- Strong resource planning and budget management skills
- Confidence to influence prioritization and push back when necessary in service of the best outcome
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset, and a passion for helping creative teams do their best work

Role Description The mission of this position is to help the Church provide essential teachings, resources, and services to members through project administration and coordination. Location: Based in downtown Salt Lake City (Church Headquarters). The position is open to remote work. Position will be full-time (Flexible up to 40 hours a week) for up to one year.
