Role Description We are looking for an organized and proactive IT Project Specialist to support internal technology initiatives and operational improvements across the company. This role will coordinate projects, manage system implementations, support cross-functional teams, and help ensure efficient execution of IT-related processes and priorities. - Coordinate and monitor internal IT projects and timelines. - Support system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. - Collaborate with internal departments to identify business needs. - Track project progress, documentation, and deliverables. - Assist with troubleshooting, system support, and vendor coordination. - Maintain project reports, workflows, and internal procedures. - Help optimize operational efficiency through technology solutions. - Support communication between technical and non-technical teams. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. - Experience with project coordination or IT operations. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities. - Experience with project management and collaboration tools. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of systems implementation and process improvement is a plus.
