Maple Therapist, Bilingual

Shift Collab

• Through the Maple platform, you'll deliver two types of sessions each week, for a total of 12 hours of availability: - On-Demand Sessions: Pick up sessions between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST, seven days a week, for up to 6 hours per week based on demand. Clients connect with you when they need support and you show up ready. - Scheduled Sessions: Allocate 6 hours per week in the Maple calendar so clients can book directly through the app at a day and time that works for them. • You'll support clients across a range of presenting concerns, including mood disorders, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, work or school stress, and life transitions.

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual and able to offer psychotherapy in both English and French (required)
  • Registered as an MSW RSW or RP in Ontario and/or Quebec, with the ability to see clients in other provinces and territories, or willingness to register in additional provinces
  • Master's-level degree in Social Work or Psychotherapy
  • 2+ years of post-licensure experience providing individual therapy to adults
  • Minimum 12 hours of availability per week on a consistent schedule
  • Individual professional liability insurance
  • Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and secure telehealth tools
  • Reliable internet and a private, secure workspace
  • Ability to practice independently and problem-solve without supervision
  • Adherence to program requirements and Shift Collab guidelines
  • Professional references and a Vulnerable Sector Check (required for all successful candidates)
