Role Description Headway's Care Partnerships team is on a mission to become the behavioral health partner of choice for every health system in the US. We make it easy for care management, social work, and clinical teams to refer their patients into high-quality outpatient behavioral health care — and we're growing fast. We recently proved that cold outbound is a powerful, scalable channel for generating new health system partnerships. Now we're building a dedicated Growth Associate team to fuel that growth. As a Growth Associate, Care Partnerships , you'll be the tip of the spear — running high-volume outbound outreach to connect with care management leaders at health systems across the country and booking the meetings that drive our pipeline. • Daily Monitoring: Pull reports from the *Rethink* platform to identify unsubmitted or unverified session notes from the previous day. • Staff Follow-Up: Contact RBTs via email, phone, or text to remind and assist them in completing their session notes. (Utilize existing email templates for consistency.) • Issue Resolution: Identify and address any technical issues or barriers preventing timely submission, escalating concerns to the supervisor when necessary. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of follow-up communications and outcomes. • Relationship Management: Approach interactions with RBTs in a friendly and supportive manner to encourage compliance without causing discomfort.

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to physiotherapy assessments, treatment plans, rehabilitation protocols, and practical aspects of clinical practice • Evaluate AI responses for clinical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements • Draft realistic physiotherapy scenarios based on your direct professional experience • Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. physiotherapist, patient, referring physician, or insurer) • Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated clinical content
