• Design outreach calendars and target logic to bundle clinical care gaps • Provide Marketing, Operations, and Care Teams with clinically validated patient lists • Create pre-approved scripts, macros, and escalation paths • Monitor enterprise quality scores and manage long-horizon milestones • Partner with the Data team to review external claims • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to optimize documentation logic • Expand proven screening processes for the Firefly Health Plan population • Partner with clinical leadership to set EHR triggers • Maintain a central playbook of quality benchmarks • Supply Client Success teams with gap-closure reports

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, population health, or quality improvement
  • A proven track record of effectively influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data, Product, Marketing, and Operations)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-phased projects
  • Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and professional creativity
  • Strong proficiency working with data tools (Looker preferred), EHR systems (Elation preferred), and spreadsheets
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Role Description At Lumen, the Contract Acquisition Manager is responsible for quoting, executing, processing and delivering 3rd Party Fiber & Conduit Agreements related to the Company’s fiber-optic network across North America. They are responsible for managing numerous negotiations simultaneously as well as tracking and reporting on various metrics related to the delivery of these services. They must be familiar with executing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and service orders, as well as understand fiber testing, delivery and acceptance, per industry standards.
