Job Description

Sales Development Executive – Construction Software

Keller Executive Search International

• Proactively generate new sales opportunities through daily outbound calls, emails, and strategic lead follow-up activities • Engage with construction industry prospects to identify needs and present tailored software solutions • Manage and maintain detailed CRM records with comprehensive information on leads and pipeline progression • Guide prospects through the complete sales cycle from initial discovery to contract closure • Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide detailed product information, and prepare accurate quotes • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase software capabilities and value proposition • Collaborate with marketing team to leverage inbound leads and optimize outbound prospecting efforts • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven track record in sales with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage executive-level decision-makers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM systems
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial drive
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Coachable attitude with commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
  • Experience in software sales, particularly SaaS or cloud-based solutions
  • Background in construction industry or familiarity with construction processes
  • Previous experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct online product demonstrations
  • Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level accounts

Role Description As a Quest Analytics Sales Development Representative, you will help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on inbound lead generation campaigns. We’re looking for a collaborative and energetic individual who can positively contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, deliver messaging and campaign feedback to the organization, and work proactively to drive overall marketing campaign & sales performance.
