Vantage Data Centers
• Structure and execute wholesale and retail power transactions across North American markets • Develop and implement transmission strategies including point-to-point, NITS, and other service arrangements • Support structuring of agreements such as EEIs, WSPP Schedule C, tolling agreements, HRCOs, and capacity products • Evaluate power market dynamics including pricing, congestion, and regulatory frameworks • Support development of behind-the-meter and alternative infrastructure strategies • Analyze transmission constraints, interconnection risks, and queue positions • Engage with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, regulators, and transmission providers on large load integration • Partner with internal stakeholders on long-term energy and infrastructure strategy • Support negotiation of complex commercial energy agreements • Coordinate across development, legal, infrastructure, and executive teams to deliver solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Energy, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in power markets, structured transactions, or energy origination
- Experience with transmission products (point-to-point, NITS) and grid processes
- Familiarity with structured agreements such as EEI and WSPP
- Exposure to development processes including interconnection and utility engagement
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to assess market dynamics and develop strategic solutions
- Experience working with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, or energy counterparties
