Director of ETF Sales
Keller Executive Search International
• Partner with the Israel-based headquarters on product expertise, market intelligence, and strategic planning • Establish and nurture strong connections with financial advisors, investment committees, and home office decision-makers • Create and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy that aligns with the company's product positioning and brand identity • Capture market feedback and competitive intelligence to guide product development and marketing initiatives • Serve as the company's representative at industry conferences, webinars, and client engagements • Build and lead a top-tier sales team as distribution operations expand • Generate ETF sales and drive AUM expansion across primary US distribution channels, including RIAs, independent broker-dealers, platforms, and institutional investors
Job Requirements
- Proven ability to meet or surpass sales objectives
- Deep knowledge of the ETF ecosystem, investment products, and wealth management distribution channels
- At least 5 years of ETF sales or distribution experience in the US market
- Superior communication, presentation, and relationship management capabilities
- Established connections within the RIA and/or institutional investment space
- Self-directed and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment
- Thrives in early-stage, fast-growth settings with limited supervision
- Background working with international headquarters or within a global company structure (preferred)
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) licences (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI/machine learning applications in portfolio management (preferred)
- Track record of launching new ETF products or establishing distribution channels from scratch (preferred)
- Pre-existing relationships with ETF platforms and industry gatekeepers (preferred)
