• The Manager is responsible for growing and driving the commercial and customer success of the Nova programme. • This role focuses on long-term relationships rather than short-term sales. • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges. • Build and manage a portfolio of strategically important customers. • Develop and maintain clear account plans that align customer objectives. • Identify and convert opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and solution expansion. • Position Gladstone as a solution partner that connects insight into action. • Act as the voice of the customer internally and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Develop, enhance and increase regional sales performance to meet/exceed annual objectives • Ensure corporate sales and marketing direction is executed within a geographic area • Implement the regional strategy and/or district sales strategy • Develop and maintain solid customer relationships • Respond to the needs of the customer in a timely and professional manner • Analyze and evaluate the performance of the team as well as sales figures and territory data

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of agreed project outputs/initiatives • Produce key project deliverables and undertake activity to validate these • Ensure actions remain on track, proactively identifying slippage and mobilising support where needed • Champion a solution‑focused, iterative approach to improvement work • Facilitate open communication, shared problem‑solving, and joint ownership of deliverables • Ensure each deliverable has a consistent approach and systematic process including setup, scoping, and prioritisation, delivery, testing, iteration, completion, evaluation, close‑out reporting • Liaison between wider COO Directorate and the TOM Leads Group • Work with the Senior Project Manager to prepare and deliver progress updates, risks, issues, and decisions required • Keeping TOM Project Leads regularly updated and informed of progress and any significant changes/challenges • Ensuring the use of all data and information is used in line with appropriate DofE policies including appropriate Use of IT Systems Policy • Ensure all initiatives and workstreams have been appropriately reviewed and approved by the TOM Leads group • Prioritise, plan and action work to deliver agreed outputs from TOM Project with Project Leads • Escalate items requiring out‑of‑scope decisions or resource impacts • Ensure any initiatives have an appropriate communication and training plan, drafting and liaising as appropriate • Monitor risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation where delivery timelines, scope, quality and other significant risks identified • Propose mitigation options and support decision‑making where appropriate • Coordinate final impact evaluation, gathering evidence of outcomes and benefits on workstreams as appropriate • Produce a summary report, outlining achievements, insights, and recommendations if there is need to further iteration or longer‑term improvements

• Support projects nationwide as a field construction manager • Responsible for actual construction of the project • Functions include safety supervision, quality control/quality assurance supervision, daily on-site reporting, and environmental compliance inspection • Reports to the project manager for project specific issues and to the Manager of Quality Assurance for assignments to projects
