Attributes We Value We hire successful builders with founder-like energy who want real impact, accelerated learning, and true ownership. You bring strong role-related expertise and sharp thinking, and you're motivated by our mission and operating principles. You move fast with good judgment, dig deep with curiosity, and make decisions from first principles, balancing speed and rigor. You're humble and collaborative; turn zero-to-one ideas into real products, and you "get stuff done" end-to-end. You use AI to work smarter and solve problems faster. Here, you'll tackle complex, high-visibility problems with exceptional teammates and grow your career as we build the future of global banking. If that sounds like you, let's build what's next. About the Team You'll be part of a collaborative, results-driven Growth team that thrives on experimentation and innovation. We value creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a builder's mindset. Our team is passionate about finding new ways to deliver value to customers and scale Airwallex's impact globally. We support continuous learning, mentorship, and career growth, and we celebrate diverse perspectives and backgrounds. What You'll Do As a Manager, Growth Innovation, you will play a key role in building, testing, and scaling new growth levers across Airwallex. This is your opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is based in San Francisco. Responsibilities - Drive growth experiments end to end: Design and execute the Airwallex roadmap for Rewards and Campaigns, set hypotheses, define target segments, and measure impact on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. - Identify and size new opportunities: Collaborate with the strategy team to define ideal customer profiles, priority use cases, and product adoption journeys; adapt Rewards and Campaigns for global and regional market differences. - Build the growth testing system: Contribute to establishing frameworks, instrumentation, and review cadences for experiment design, governance, and decision logs; ensure reliable data and consistent, data-driven decisions. - Drive creative for growth: Partner with the Creative team to brief, test, and ship assets (visual, copy, video) aligned with brand and product strategy; run structured creative testing to lift conversion. - Deliver cross-functionally: Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to scope, resource, and ship experiments; help define rollout plans and operating processes to ensure scalability and compliance. - Influence strategy: Synthesize experiment insights into recommendations for roadmap, resourcing, and go-to-market; communicate progress and decisions to senior leadership to align with company priorities. Who You Are Minimum qualifications: - 5+ years' experience in Growth, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end growth experiments and cross-functional projects. - Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines. - Strong analytical skills and experience with growth analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in fintech, product-led growth, or B2B SaaS. - Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably within a startup or scale-up. - Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) is a plus. Applicant Safety Policy: Fraud and Third-Party Recruiters To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process.
