The project team is responsible for the further development of applications for cash transactions at the bank. The software we develop is used by employees at the teller window and supports cash handling, in particular: deposits, withdrawals and other cash-related transactions at the teller window. The focus is on stable, intuitive, and high-performance front-end solutions that efficiently support the daily work of bank employees. Responsibilities - Tailor client solutions: Conduct research, assessments, and recommend efficient and robust software solutions tailored to client needs. - Deliver high-quality code: Ensure the delivery of high-quality code that meets requirements, with a focus on performance. - Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing programs and lead refactoring efforts. - Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients. - Provide client consultancy: Offer technical consultancy services to clients to ensure solutions meet their requirements. - Nurture Knowledge: Mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
