Customer Service Analyst
NAOS
• Provide reliable, accurate, and responsive customer service support to B2B customers • Manage inquiries related to orders, shipments, invoices, and product availability • Maintain proactive communication with customers and sales representatives • Track and analyze claims and credit memo volume, identify reasons and trends • Propose process improvements and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date
Job Requirements
- Experience with ERP and CRM/order management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce)
- Analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage complexity and prioritize multiple responsibilities

• Support our 1:1 renewal and new client onboarding season by performing various quality control checks within cross-functional teams and processes. • Review intake requests for accuracy, either approving or denying as appropriate. • Support the billing staff by performing upfront quality control checks. • Support discretionary credits and allowances processes. • Utilize various systems as needed, primarily DG, Accpac Import, and exports. • Support internal/external audits as assigned. • Perform various cross-training functionalities as necessary. • Perform other duties as needed.
