Content Producer

Role Description You'll be the go-to creative producer on our marketing team, responsible for developing concepts, preparing production materials, and producing content across video (~70%) and static visuals (~30%). You'll work closely with our Ecommerce Marketing Manager and alongside our existing in-house content creator to keep LIAB's brand presence consistently strong across every platform. This is a specialist role. We're not looking for someone who just executes briefs — we want someone who proactively pitches ideas, thinks in platform-native formats, and takes ownership of quality from first draft to final export. Reports to: Ecommerce Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities - Pre-Production - Proactively contribute ideas and develop concepts for product videos, brand videos, cross-brand collaborations, and short-form social content - Prepare scripts/video copy, moodboards, storyboards, shot lists, and filming schedules - Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment - Video Production (~70%) - Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Lemonade - Produce ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns - Apply motion elements (text, transitions, effects) - Static Visual Production (~30%) - Create and edit product images for Amazon and Shopify listings - Design web banners for the Shopify storefront - Produce visuals for email marketing campaigns - Create static ad creatives for performance marketing Qualifications - Confident in sharing ideas — a go-getter who takes the initiative to suggest concepts and content directions - Strong communicator with great teamwork skills - Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive - Comfortable writing detailed shot lists and creative briefs that can be handed off to a photographer/videographer to execute - Passionate about video storytelling and hands-on content creation Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in a content production, video editing, or multimedia role — OR equivalent freelance/passion project experience with a strong portfolio - Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) - Proficiency in image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Camera Raw, Canva) - Proficiency in audio editing (e.g., Audition, Audacity) - Understanding of short-form and long-form video formats across social platforms - Understanding of e-commerce product image requirements (Amazon and Shopify listing standards) - Strong command of English - Portfolio demonstrating strong editing, conceptualisation, and visual design skills Benefits - Fully remote — work from anywhere (must be available during AU or PH timezone hours) - Creative ownership and room to shape the brand's visual identity - Work with a passionate international team in a fast-growing outdoor lifestyle brand - Opportunity to grow into a senior content role as the brand scales
